Has my order been shipped yet ?
Due to products being made to order please allow 2-5 business days for production. Once an order is shipped you will receive tracking information via email.
Can I track my order ?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped you will receive your tracking number via email.
Can you give me more information about your products?
Every product listed on VIVID BY MARIAH is made to order. All designs and illustrations are 100% originals created by artist and founder Mariah Renee. Product materials and measurements are all provided within the product listings.
You’ve sent me the wrong items
Although we try our best to get every order correct, unfortunately accidents do happen! If the wrong items have been sent, please send an email to mariahrenee@vividbymariah.com with order information and photo of product received.
Part of my order is missing
Please keep in mind that some products may need to be packed separately due to different packaging needs. If all packages have been delivered and you are still missing items please send an email to mariahrenee@vividbymariah.com
Which methods of payments can I use?
We currently accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and AfterPay!
What is your refund policy?
If an item needs to be returned please use the return address printed on the packaging. Items can be exchanged or returned for a refund. Refunds will only be honored up to 14 days and after the items have been delivered to the return address.
